Portis/Qualls Watch continues on to Day 23. The duo did not make any annoucment during the Razorback basketball banquet. Their was speculation they might make an announcement because in 2012 that was where BJ Young announced he would return for his sophomore season. Portis and Qualls ultimately have until April 26th to decide if they want to enter the draft.
