Well, Michael Qualls' run of SportsCenter Top Ten appearances as a Razorback will be capped off at 13.
Qualls is joining Bobby Portis and leaving Arkansas to enter the NBA Draft.
Hog fans will certainly miss seeing him in Bud Walton. Best known for his highlight reel dunks, Qualls developed into a great player who finished his career with 1,100 points.
After coming to Fayetteville as a relatively unknown and averaging 4.6 points per game as a freshman, Qualls blossomed into a legitimate star as a junior, averaging 15.9 points per game and earning 2nd team All-SEC status. He was also the best player for the Razorbacks in the NCAA Tournament and the SEC Tournament final against Kentucky.
Qualls' departure means the Razorbacks now lose four of their five starters from this season. Only Anton Beard remains. Arkansas has signed 4* guard Jimmy Whitt and 4* forward Ted Kapita is committed. Dusty Hannahs will also be eligible after sitting out last season. Arkansas now has three scholarships to play with this spring.
The NBA Draft is June 25th.
