Fisher is a 4* point guard out of Memphis and is being recruited hard by Arkansas. You can see in the video he lights up when discussing LSU and their fan base (even for basketball?) but also talks at length about Arkansas and the Razorbacks' style of play. Like Malik Monk, Fisher will be trimming his list soon. Fisher is a consensus top 100 player with an average rating around the #59 overall player nationally.
