This isn't a big surprise. It would have been a much bigger shock if Arkansas wasn't in his top 5. According to Jeff Goodman at ESPN, Monk is also considering Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina, Oregon, Florida State, SMU, and St. John's. Which of those schools get cut to make his top 5 is the current mystery. Also, that top 5 announcement likely won't come until August, and it will come on Marcus Monk's new radio show.
