Arkansas added the final piece to its defensive line class with the commitment of defensive end Jonathan Marshall.
Marshall had been committed to Oklahoma State since August, and was briefly committed to TCU before that. He was a secret official visitor to Arkansas during this final recruiting weekend. Razorback fans can hope Marshall has a similar career trajectory to Trey Flowers, who similarly committed to Arkansas as a 3-star defensive end following a secret official visit back in 2011.
As mentioned, Marshall is a 3-star prospect with offers from TCU, Nebraska and others in addition to Arkansas and Oklahoma State.
Marshall joins a very impressive defensive line class for Arkansas, joining McTelvin Agim at defensive end and anchored by Austin Capps and Briston Guidry. It's one of Arkansas' more successful units in the 2016 class.
This is Arkansas' 21st commitment in the 2016 class. The Razorbacks will hope to fill the last few spots with top targets announcing on Signing Day.
