Signing Day was a little over two months ago. Since then (and even before) Bret Bielema and his staff have been feverishly working on the 2014 class. This week the coaches were throughout the state, cultivating relationships with high school coaches who will hopefully convince their players to remain in state. All of this is part of Bielema's plan to "put a fence around the borders (of Arkansas)."
Today at some of those same recruits will make their way up to Fayetteville for an unofficial campus visit.
Among the activities they will take part in is watching the annual Red-White Spring Game at 2 p.m., at which the athletic department is hoping for 50,000+ in attendance. (Here is a guide from SBNation regarding the game.) At last season's 65-0 win by the White team, there were just over 45,000... and that was without a head coach. I'll say it here, they get the coveted 50K.
