Ticket Situation
Arkansas has announced that the series is sold out. Students will have a chance to purchase a general admission ticket in the Hog Pen from an allotment of 250 tickets available. Those tickets are $15 each and will be available at 8:30 am Wednesday morning from the Razorback Ticket Center. Student ID is required.
What Happened to Phil Elson?
Much has been made on the mysterious disappearance of Arkansas baseball radio play-by-play announcer Phil Elson. Elson called Saturday night's game against Oklahoma State but did not call Sunday's game. His Facebook and Twitter accounts (since put back up) were also taken down. Nobody seems to know anything and/or is unable to comment. IMG announced today that Elson won't call any more games in 2015 due to a "personnel matter". His status with Arkansas beyond this season is unknown right now. Alex Perlman will take his place for the rest of the season.
Benintendi Blowing Up
Andrew Benintendi continues to rack up awards and honors. Today he was named one of four finalists for the Golden Spikes Award, given annually to the top amateur baseball player in the country. Dave Van Horn called the Golden Spikes Award "the Heisman of baseball awards". The other three finalists are all SEC players whom Benintendi beat out for SEC Player of the Year, so you have to like Benintendi's chances to win the Golden Spikes. He's the second finalist in program history, joining Philip Stidham who was named one of eight finalists in 1991.

Nathan Rodriguez Update
Arkansas signed a highly rated prospect at catcher last year named Nathan Rodriguez. He was deemed ineligible before the season started and was arrested for a DWI last fall, but the understanding was that he would be back for next year. However, Dave Van Horn appeared to subtly imply that might not be the case.
