If the Razorbacks are to finally win their first national championship in baseball this season, they'll do it as clear underdogs. However, as I'm sure you're all thinking, what were the odds back in March that Arkansas would make it this far to begin with? I'd imagine if anyone was fortunate enough to bet on the Hogs back then just to get to Omaha, you'd have won yourself a nice summer vacation.
Bovada lists the Razorbacks at 10/1 odds, the 6th longest shot out of the 8-team field. However, Virginia, Arkansas' opponent in the first game of the CWS, is tied with Cal-State Fullerton as the longest shot at 14/1, which is probably what you would expect since Virginia barely made the entire tournament to begin with as a 3-seed.
The other three SEC teams in the field are the three favorites, with Florida topping the list as the 5/2 favorite to win the whole thing.
Here is the list of odds, courtesy of Bovada.
