Ryan Pulley is a major piece in building Arkansas' defense. The days of Arkansas fielding short, athletic cornerbacks and safeties and hoping for the best are over. Pulley is a tall, lengthy cornerback that can compete with the big receivers the SEC now has. He is 6' 1" and reports running a 4.4 40 time.
Pulley had offers from Arizona, Louisville, Michigan State, South Florida, and Indiana amongst others. He took two official visits during his recruitment. He visited South Florida January 16 and Arkansas the following weekend. He then committed to the Hogs shortly after.
