There are still plenty of offensive line questions left in Sam Pittman's wake, but the Razorbacks are starting to get some answers, beginning with a commitment from one of the last linemen offered when Pittman was still a coach at Arkansas.
The Razorbacks picked up a commitment from junior college offensive lineman Terrance Malone. Malone chose the Hogs over offers from Memphis, Southern Miss, Texas State, UAB and others. He's a composite 2-star prospect.
Arkansas didn't offer Malone until last week. He immediately came to Fayetteville for an official visit over the weekend, and despite the offensive line coach leaving while he was on campus, still wanted to be a Razorback. He'd previously taken an official visit to East Carolina.
Malone will come in as a junior next season and hopefully will immediately add depth to the offensive line. Arkansas is still waiting to get final decisions from some linemen as to whether or not they'll be back next year, so it's difficult to fully anticipate the roster, but expect Arkansas to still try to sign a couple more linemen in this class.
Malone is currently the 16th commitment in Arkansas' 2016 class.
