Recruiting Update - Arkansas hosted seven official visitors over the weekend, and by all accounts, of course they all had a great time and the visits went as wonderfully as possible. A few of the visitors were already committed to Arkasnsas but how well did the Hogs do with the uncommitted players? Richard Davenport has more.
Ky Madden – The Madden we've been seeing recently is Ky, not Rashad. Ky is the confident floor general, the in your face defender and the go-to guy for Arkansas late in games. Rashad is the angry guy who second guesses himself on the floor. Before this year, everyone that followed the program saw Madden as a bust. As a five-star recruit out of high school, he hadn't lived up to the hype until now, and it's been a lot of fun watching him come into his own.
UGA/Arkansas recap – So frustrating. Beyond frustrating, actually. Empty trip after empty trip on offense allowed Georgia to crawl back and ultimately send the game into overtime. How a team can go from playing with and beating the likes of Kentucky, then laying an egg at GEORGIA is unfathomable. Here's Georgia's SB Nation site's take on how the Hawgs/Dawgs matchup played out Saturday.
Qualls dunk history – Last Tuesday night we were all treated to something we will likely never ever see again in our lifetimes – a walk-off dunk. But following the game, Michael Qualls said it was in fact not his first time winning a game on a last second dunk. He'd done it twice before in high school. It seems like something Qualls was capable of but at the same time difficult to comprehend.
