The NCAA women’s soccer field was announced on Monday afternoon, and the #8 Arkansas Razorbacks (11-3, 7-1) were among the highest seeds in the tournament.
The Razorbacks, as the #6 overall seed, will have a bye in the first round and then face the winner of Memphis (8-3) and Utah Valley (12-4-4) on April 30 or May 1.

This season’s 48-team spring tournament will take place entirely in North Carolina, due to COVID what-have-you. In normal years, higher-seeded teams, like Arkansas, would be playing a home game to open the tournament.
The Razorbacks played their conference season in the fall, then turned around and played a handful of non-conference games over the past two months. The Hogs won the regular season SEC championship and finished, for the fifth consecutive season, runner-up in the SEC Tournament.
The tournament begins April 27, with the national championship game on May 17.
