Senior wide receiver Mike Woods has entered the transfer portal. Woods announced his decision to leave Fayetteville via twitter this morning.

Woods’ motives for hitting the portal are unclear for now, but his absence is a significant hit on the Razorback offense. During the 2020 season, Woods caught 32 passes for 619 yards and five touchdowns. The wide receiver group is expected to be a vital part of the 2021 team, but those expectations have dwindled after today’s announcement. Treylon Burks, De’Vion Warren, and Trey Knox will lead the receiving core in 2021.
