Monday was a big day for in-state recruiting. Both the football and basketball programs made offers to Arkansas prospects, both of whom happen to be from Little Rock.
The Hogs made an offer Monday afternoon to Joe T. Robinson athlete Koilan Jackson. He's the son of college football Hall of Famer Keith Jackson, the college football Hall of Famer who is know the color analyst for Razorback football games, a position he's held since another of his sons, Keith Jackson Jr., played defensive tackle for the Hogs about a decade ago.
Arkansas is Koilan Jackson's first offer. He has been playing at Parkview like his father but has transferred to Robinson for his senior season. Hog signee T.J. Hammonds is a Robinson graduate (AS AM I!) and there are a few other players at the school to keep an eye on over the next few years.

Then Monday night Mike Anderson offered a scholarship Little Rock Mills small forward Darious Hall. Arkansas is expected to have very few spots available in the 2017 class and already have a commitment from top prospect Daniel Gafford, a F/C from El Dorado.
There's very little video of Hall, which is pretty rare for basketball recruits. This short video was released tonight after the offer was made. The Democrat-Gazette reported that Hall dominated at Arkansas' camp last summer in Fayetteville.

I've heard that Hall is an great ball-handler for his size, but that's not seen on that video. Hopefully we'll get something more thorough soon.

We should also note, while this didn't happen today, Bret Bielema recently pulled the trigger on an offer for Ashdown DB Montaric Brown. LSU and Alabama both offered Brown first so many figured an Arkansas offer must be coming shortly, and it was. The Hogs made the offer while Brown was making an unofficial visit to Fayetteville a couple of weekends ago. Brown was also offered by Auburn today and took an unofficial to Alabama last weekend.
