The Metairie (La) Rummel cornerback has made it official with Arkansas.
Going into the recruiting season it was important for head coach Bret Bielema to add depth to the secondary - he and lead recruiter Michael Smith did just that when they inked the Louisiana-bred Toliver.
The 6'1 180 pound Toliver is a physical cover corner and will fight for immediate playing time this fall. The composite three-star defender (and 4* on 24/7) chose the Razorbacks for Mississippi St, Vanderbilt, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and a host of other programs.
