Former Razorback commit and four-star offensive tackle, Ty’kieast Crawford, announced his transfer to the Razorbacks today.
From Carthage, Texas, Crawford was a big time talent and highly recruited in the 2020 class. Crawford was ranked the 230th player in his class and 19th overall tackle. He signed with the Charlotte 49er program in April of 2020 and played for then this fall
He originally chose Arkansas over a host of SEC and other Power Five schools including Alabama, Baylor, LSU, Georgia, Florida State, Baylor, Tennessee, Texas A&M and many more.
Currently, it is unknown if Crawford will be immediately eligible for the 2021 season. With the NCAA expected to pass a blanket transfer waiver for it’s member schools it would be huge for Arkansas’ offensive line if he is deemed eligible.
