Recruiting never stops. Just days after the Class of 2019’s February Signing day, Arkansas got their first commit for the 2020 class. Ze’Vian Capers, a wide receiver out of the state of the state of Georgia, is the first in the class.

A 3-star on 247Sports, Arkansas and South Carolina were the two schools Capers had the most interest in. Earlier this year he attended the junior days for both the Gamecocks and Georgia Tech. He made an unofficial visit to Fayetteville during football season. He’s listed at 6’4” and 200 lbs. So he’s already got some good size and an entire senior year to improve there as well.

In his junior season, he had 60 receptions for 1,182 yards and 11 touchdowns. He’s got prolific numbers and wide receivers coach Justin Stepp continues his roll on the recruiting circuit. On the heels of an excellent class of receivers in 2019, he’s starting 2020 off with a nice start.
