He joins his brothers Hunter, a former tight end with the Hogs and current Los Angeles Charger, and Hayden, currently a linebacker, to join Arkansas. The Hogs and Stanford were widely seen as his top two for a while, then though he’d listed a top five that included those two plus Clemson, Penn State, and Wisconsin.
Henry stated his desire to wait and see how his position was utilized in the respective offenses before his final decision. During the season he saw enough to commit to the Hogs during the fall.
Arkansas did decently well with in state recruiting this season. It was one of the most talented classes in a while, but Henry and Treylon Burks who is also signing today are two of the best and were huge wins for Chad Morris. They need an influx of talent and having plenty in your home state is a good way to start.
