Before spring football gets kicked off, the Hogs have more recruiting to do, and they just added a second commit to the class of 2020 in Jamie Vance. A high school teammate Devin Bush, a 4-star in the 2019 class and early enrollee, Vance will join Bush in the secondary in 2020. The two were part of a 15-0 season that won the Louisiana 4A State Title.

Cornerbacks coach Mark Smith was heavily involved with his recruitment and if all goes to plan, this is just the first of many cornerbacks Arkansas would like to add to the 2020 class. 247Sports doesn’t have a ranking for him yet, but Rivals lists him as a 3-star.
His current list of offers includes Mississippi State, Houston, Arizona State, and plenty of others. At 5’11” and 170 lbs., he committed to the Hogs just a few days after an unofficial visit this past weekend.
He joins Ze’Vian Capers as the first two in the upcoming recruiting class, but that number will hopefully grow with Arkansas hosting a big recruiting weekend in early March.
