There’s been a ton of turnover on the Razorbacks’ roster. If you’ve lost track we don’t blame you. Here’s how the Hogs’ scholarship situation looks after the additions of Ben Hicks and Jalen Catalon.

Right now the Hogs are right above the magic number for scholarship players. It’s also taking in the assumption that Ty Storey completes a transfer elsewhere. He’s entered into the transfer portal but has yet to make a final decision. There’s also the issue of Dee Walker, there hasn’t been any official announcement on his status on the team after his arrest.
The Razorbacks are also still looking to add a couple more recruits to this class, and there may be a couple unsigned guys who chose to go elsewhere. So while things are at 85 right now, expect some more changes between now and February.
The biggest issue the Hogs hope to address in the next couple of months would be the linebackers. Right now depending on whether you put Deon Edwards and D’Vone McClure as a linebacker/nickleback/hybrid, the numbers there are dangerously thin. Arkansas has a couple of JUCO prospects in Sci Martin and Lakia Henry they are recruiting pretty aggressively to add reinforcements there.
