Notes
Remember when we almost lost to one of the legitimate 3 worst teams in all of college football? Yeah, that was something. Don’t put me in the camp that thinks losing a game like that helps the program in any way at all. This game will all but be forgotten in 12 months, the Toledo game will live forever. Regardless as to who the head coach is or how they may get fired, I’m never interested in losing a game like that. On to this week. I honestly have no idea what to expect from this game. The team that’s “supposed to win” rarely does in this matchup. Did this Hogs team quit on the coaches this week? Wouldn’t surprise me a bit if they have. Is TJ Hammonds unleashed like the Krakken onto LSU and gets like 4 (or even 5!!!) touches this week? Could also happen. I’ll call an Arkansas loss but cover as my middle ground and honestly just hope my gut that says this team may not even bother showing up for an 11am kick in Baton Rouge on Saturday is as off base as my pick of a blow-out last week. Go Hogs!
