The Alabama game was pretty rough to watch for Arkansas fans, but the bad news didn’t end when the clock finally hit zero.
Bret: Unfortunately I think we lost Dre Greenlaw for the season with a broken foot

Bret Bielema announced after the game that starting linebacker Dre Greenlaw is likely out for the season with a broken foot suffered early in the game against the Tide.
Greenlaw is a talented sophomore who has showed great promise early in his career, and even forced the Alabama fumble on the opening drive of the game. The Arkansas defense was gashed pretty routinely without him. It’s impossible to know how the game would have unfolded with him on the field, but it wouldn’t have been worse.
This means De’Jon Harris will likely take Greenlaw’s place in the starting lineup. Harris is a true freshman and ended the Alabama game with four tackles and forced a fumble of his own. Arkansas will need him to be ready really quickly, with Chad Kelly and Ole Miss coming to Fayetteville next week.
