This game wasn't easy on the eyes, but the Hogs worked their butts off to overcome a stifling Alabama defense and walk away with a come-from-behind victory. As color analyst Jimmy Dykes never tired of saying during the broadcast, today's contest was a must win for the Hogs if they want to be any sort of factor in the SEC West. Lose today - with the next two games on the road against South Carolina and Florida - and you could pretty much guarantee a 1-4 start to conference play.
The execution wasn't always there but I was really impressed with the effort. We'll have more later, but non-blog duties are calling right now.
