Randy Ramsey No Longer On Arkansas' Football Team

Sophomore linebacker Randy Ramsey is no longer with the team, according to Bret Bielema."Actually it's NCAA and University of Arkansas guidelines that you have to pass a certain number of hours to get to where you need to be and obviously he didn't make that." Ramsey was held out of spring practices to focus on academics but it clearly didn't work. This is particularly disappointing because linebacker is Arkansas' thinnest position and Ramsey is talented.
Bielema did note that other players such as Kendrick Edwards and JoJo Robinson are both currently in good standing, and he expects Dominique Reed to qualify and be on campus later this summer.
