In-state Defensive Back Has Arkansas In Top Five

The best player in the class of 2021, Dreyden Norwood has narrowed down his favorite schools to five. Arkansas is a part of a very good list of schools courting the Fort Smith Northside product including Georgia, Missouri, Notre Dame and Oklahoma

Norwood stands at 6’0 175 pounds as a high school quarterback but is expected to compete for playing time at defensive back wherever he lands. He has a reported 11.38 100 meter time, too.

He also has received other offers from Auburn, Kansas, Mississippi State, Tennessee and a few more.

According to the 247sports composite ranking system, Norwood is rated a four star defensive back, 240th overall player in the country, 17th ranked at his position and the top prospect in the Natural State.
