Who’s ready for 10th place vs. 11th place in the SEC? This game is huge for determining who’s playing on Wednesday Night in the NCAA Tournament. Outside of that? Meh. It’s basketball, and a rematch of a game the Hogs won by one and what seems like ages ago.

Same projected starters as last time. Although Wendell Mitchell could definitely start as well in place of Chandler. Mitchell was 0/7 from deep in the first matchup of the season against the Hogs. A&M got almost all of their point production in the first game from Savion Flagg and T.J. Starks, who both had over 20, but no one else broke double figures.

Arkansas uncharacteristically did an excellent job on the offensive boards in the first matchup between these two. That made a big difference since they weren’t able to force a lot of turnovers. They also did an excellent job defending the three point line. A&M has been shooting from deep a lot better recently, shooting over 40% from deep in five of their last nine games. Oddly enough they’re 1-4 in those games.
