Days after scoring a season high 33 points for the Bulls, Bobby Portis was traded to the Washington Wizards. In his first game with his new team he came off of the bench to score 30 points with 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and a steal. In doing so, Portis became the first player in NBA history with back-to-back 30 point games for two different franchises in the same season.

In his first game against his former team Portis had a double-double, scoring 10 points with 12 rebounds, 4 assists, and a block. Against the Pistons he hit 6 three pointers on the way to 24 points in the game. In three games with the Wizards he has averaged 21.3 points and has made 10-18 threes.

Patrick Beverley just missed another double-double and was close to a triple-double against the Celtics. He scored 12 points, grabbed 9 rebounds, and gave out 7 assists in the game.
