Trey Flowers, Deatrich Wise Jr. and the New England Patriots are headed to the Super Bowl. In the conference clenching victory, Flowers recorded two tackles and was able to get to the elusive Pat Mahomes for a sack. Flowers and Wise Jr. join Andrew Benintendi as former Hogs who made it to their leagues respective championship game while playing for the greater Boston area.

Bobby Portis has put in a productive week for the Bulls, scoring in double digits in 3 of his last 4 games, including a double-double. He had 10 points and 13 rebounds in a loss to Denver, 21 points and 6 rebounds in a loss to Miami, and 15 points and 6 rebounds in a win over Cleveland. He also shot 6-11 from three in those games.
Portis has seen his minutes increase after being back from injury for a couple of weeks, and he played 33 minutes against Atlanta on Wednesday which was the most time he has seen since the first game of the season.
Patrick Beverley has also been on the rise for the Clippers this week. He just missed back to back double-double games as he scored 18 points with 12 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals, and a block in a win over San Antonio. The next game against Dallas he put up 16 points with 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal. He was 7-17 from three in the two games. Beverley has averaged 37 minutes over his last three games, which is well up from his season average of 25.7.
Mavericks guard Daryl Macon finally saw action in an NBA game this week, logging just three minutes but scoring two points on his only shot of the game. He also had a steal in the contest.
