The game last week left Arkansas with a few significant injuries. The most notable at the running back spot where Devwah Whaley went down with a concussion. HC Chad Morris said early in the week that Whaley was “very doubtful” for the A&M game. Usually on a Monday or Tuesday a coach will give an answer that leans more on the side of probable, so my feeling is that he will be out.
Pettway and Warren will likely play, and the fact Pettway has been a consistent passing target means that he needs to be in the lineup if possible.
Fortunately injuries on the defensive side of the ball were few in the game last week. The return of Dre Greenlaw gave a boost to this group. The main disturbance on that side of the ball has been the absence of Calloway and Tutt. We have still not been given a clear status or timeline for their return, which has left the secondary extremely thin.
