Men’s Cross Country
Travelled up to Madison, Wisconsin where they finished second in the Badger Classic. They were behind No. 9 Wisconsin but easily topped Marquette. Arkansas nearly had all of their finishers land in the top 10, finishing 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 11th. They were led by Ethan Moehn’s fifth place finish.
Soccer
SEC play started out with a thud. The Hogs started slow against Georgia on the road and eventually fell 3-1. They trailed 1-0 at the break and pushed more numbers forward late before conceding two more. A late consolation from Kayla McKeon was all Arkansas could get. They returned home and got a 1-1 draw against Providence that they probably should have won. They outshot the Friars 31-8 and forced 15 saves. Stefani Doyle scored in the 79th minute to take the lead, but the Hogs allowed the tying goal minutes after and were unable to find the back of the net in overtime.
Volleyball
The Hogs travelled to Atlanta and went 0-2 against ACC opponents. First a back and forth match with NC State, the Hogs won the 1st and 3rd sets but were unable to come out on top in the decisive 5th set. Then against a very good Georgia Tech, they went toe to toe with them with a very close first three sets. They trailed 1-2 heading into the 4th set before running out of steam.
