The Razorbacks have been on a roll in recruiting over the last few weeks and a big part of that has been from the hold overs that Head Coach Chad Morris retained from the previous staff. Barry Lunney Jr and John Scott Jr have been heavily involved in getting commitments from Treylon Burks, Marcus Miller, Collin Clay, Carl Williams, Enoch Jackson, and Shamar Nash. The consistent recruiting of Miller and Burks from Lunney Jr during the coaching change undoubtedly led to the commit, where a stumble could have given other SEC offers a shot, or in Burks case Clemson an opportunity to steal a big time WR.

Lunney and Scott were also the primary recruiters on 4 Star DB Ladarrius Bishop, 3 star DB Isaiah Nichols, and 3 Star OL Noah Gatlin who were some of the top signees in the salvaged 2018 class.
Arkansas added a huge haul with seven prospects, including four-stars in receiver Treylon Burksand cornerback Adonis Otey. Three-star defensive ends Collin Clay and Eric Gregory are also top-450 players nationally.
Chad Morris and his staff will possibly still be able to add 5-6 more to this class which currently sits at #17 nationally by Rivals, but that is with a few big names still without a full class committed. Auburn, Florida, Louisville, Stanford, Oklahoma State, and Wisconsin all have 14 or fewer on their board which could shake things up. Regardless if Arkansas can land a top 25 class after a coaching change it would be a big win.
