Three commits in one day, a sixth defensive line commit. That’s what Arkansas got when Marcus Miller announced he was also committing to Arkansas. It made an already successful recruiting weekend even better.

The big man stands at 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds already, meaning his size is already SEC ready. He chose the Hogs over offers from Missouri and Tennessee. He isn’t the highest rated 3-star that Arkansas has brought in, but his size should help add to the defensive line depth this class is bringing.
After dealing with an ACL injury, Miller was a force for the Warren, AR defense. He had 78 tackles and eight sacks to go along with six pass breakups. He’s also a teammate of Treylon Burks, one of the highest rated targets that Arkansas has their sights set on in this class. Miller’s commitment could be a positive sign for Burks, but definitely has the size and skill to make an impact on his own in the future.
