A new era in Razorback football means new everything, even a slight refresh on the uniforms.

It’s not a major overhaul, just some slight tweaks to the look. Here’s what’s different.

The Hogs are going away from the matte finish for what they are calling a “pearl cardinal.” These guys are more of a throwback to the Darren McFadden era and is the most visible change of the uniforms. No word yet on if the helmet stickers will be making a comeback. It’s worth noting SMU had them while Chad Morris was coaching there.

Jersey

The only real change is moving from two “tusks” to just the one. The jersey template is also one of Nike’s newer and more advanced ones.

Pants

The stripe down the side is wider and starts at the top of the waist rather than just floating. For the past few seasons, Arkansas has been going all red against LSU and Missouri, so it’s a pretty safe bet there are some red versions of these as well.

Cleats

The Hogs are finally joining the rest of college football and going with white/team colored cleats.

What do you think of the new uniforms? Better or worse than before? Let us know.
