Sometimes things happen on twitter when you’re bored at work. For Arkansas and Oklahoma State, they scheduled a home and home series for football.
Hogs and Cowboys set for home-and-home series.

As you can see from the graphic, the two will play in Stillwater in 2024 and make the return trip to Fayetteville in 2027.
This will slot in with the Notre Dame series in 2020 (South Bend) and 2025 (Fayetteville), and Texas in 2021 in Fayetteville. Currently the Hogs don’t have a Power 5 opponent in non conference for 2022, 2023, and 2026. Sure it may seem a little ridiculous to schedule games nearly 10 years in advance, a game where some of the participants are currently in 2nd-3rd grade but that is the nature of College Football right now.
Arkansas leads the all-time series between the two 30-15 with the last game being a 33-20 Arkansas win in Little Rock. It seems a missed opportunity that these two schools so close in proximity haven’t played each other in 40 years. There should certainly be plenty of traveling fans and a great atmosphere for both games.
