More On The Bulldogs
Georgia is a team built around their defense, which has kept them in just about wvery game this season. Their most recent 14 point loss to Auburn was their biggest margin of the year, most of their losses have been much closer. They started out very strong with a neutral court win over St. Mary’s, but have lost three of their last four and haven’t scored more than 65 points in a conference game.
Projected Starters

Mike Anderson went with Darious Hall over Daryl Macon again in the starting line up. They weren’t the most convincing performances, but the move is 2-0 so I’d expect Anderson to try it on the road.
For Georgia, Yante Maten is everything on both sides of the ball. He leads the team by a wide margin in scoring, rebounds, and blocks. At 19.6 points per game, he’s the only Bulldog averaging double figures. He’s also second on the team in assists, third in steals, and hits 35% of his threes. So yeah, maybe keep an eye on him.
3 Key Stats
:no_upscale()/cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/10080501/Arkansas_Georgia_Stats.jpg)
Georgia has one of the best defensive ratings in the country but hardly forces any turnovers. Instead they try to squeeze the life out of you and force you into taking a bad shot. It’s why they’re 9th in the country in 2-point field goal defense and 315th in possession length.
So here is your warning, this game is going to be very ugly. It’s probably going to be low scoring and will almost certainly frustrate you beyond belief. Should be fun
