The Ashdown native, and cousin of current Hog Montaric Brown, was originally committed to Mississippi State. Dan Mullen extended an offer to Bishop to follow him to Florida but Morris was able to convince him to stay in state.
Bishop might be one of the quickest players to step on the field from day one. He’s well known for his extra gear and ability to track down deep balls in the secondary. While the up tempo offense is what gets the headlines with Chad Morris, increasing the speed on defense is important as well, and Bishop fills that role.
