Chad Morris sure has his work cut out for him on the recruiting trail before the early signing period, if this weekend is any indication he’s coming out swinging. LaDarrius Bishop, a third player to flip his commitment this weekend, decided to come to Arkansas over Mississippi State.

Bishop committed to the Bulldogs earlier in the year, and got an offer from Florida after Dan Mullen made the move to Gainesville. Instead of following Mullen, the DB from Ashdown decided to join his cousin Montaric Brown. A track star as well, Bishop is known for his speed on the field and could be one of the fastest players on the team from day one. Which will certainly endear himself to Chad Morris’ style, even on defense.
While the recruiting class still is pretty small, the Hogs are keeping the in state recruits at home. Now five of the top six from Arkansas are committed and the one that remains is Gerry Bohanon, who the Hogs are going after pretty strongly right now.
