Notes

What happens when the 2nd worst team in the SEC West faces the worst team in the SEC West? Well, I guess whether we really or want to or not, we’re going to find out on Saturday. I spent the better part of today thinking how much I’d rather watch Mike Anderson* and Andy Kennedy’s teams play than Bielema and whoever is sitting in Hugh Freeze’s old seat. Speaking of Hugh’s seat, dude, I hope you got a new one because who knows what Hugh was doing in the old one with his phone. As far as the game goes, I expect a better offensive performance out of the Hogs this weekend, but the Rebels spent the last 4 years giving cars away to every 5*’s mom in the country and Bret’s been doing, well, whatever it is that he’s been doing, so regardless of the state of either program, I’ll go with the talent. I’ll take the Rebels and give the points, and as always rooting for the opposite. Go Hogs!

*Oh and If you’d rather focus on basketball, we’ve got some great previews of the basketball team here on the site.
