With 30 offers, it's rare to see a recruit only take one visit, but the Lamar Wide Receiver has not wavered from the Arkansas Razorbacks. Boateng signed with the Hogs today, and made it official.
Arkansas received a commitment from Boateng back in August, and while it seemed like Dan Enos didn't have much in the cupboard when Boateng signed, Arkansas took a questionable wideout group and turned it into one of the more exciting groups in the conference.
Kofi is a 3 star prospect according to 247sports and his offer list includes Texas, Ole Miss, OU, and TCU among 26 other schools. In 2014, he caught 66 passes for 1,023 yards and 15 touchdowns. In 2015, he added another 46 receptions for 782 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Many schools would be impressed by his tear of a Junior campaign with over 1,000 yards receiving, but this highlight catch below has to have been one of the top reasons for so many to be high on Boateng.
