Ty Storey Signs With Arkansas

Quarterback. Charleston, Arkansas.

Every year Arkansas signs a quarterback that fans glamour over being the next big thing here. It's just part of the territory that comes with the position. But if there is one to say that about it is Ty Storey. He had 4,000 passing yards and almost 50 touchdowns this past season. Yes, he played in Arkansas' second smallest division, but those are some crazy numbers. He played in a pro-style offense in high school and is the pro-style QB that fits into Bret Bielema's system.

Storey had offers from Alabama, Auburn, and Arkansas State. He would've had many more if he wouldn't have committed back in August of 2013. He only took one official visit and that was to Arkansas. He is another early enrollee who is already on campus.

With Brandon Allen returning for his senior season, Ty Storey likely redshirts his first season. That is of course unless he wins the backup position.
