Zach Rogers Signs With Arkansas

Offensive Guard. Hebron, Texas.

Jasen Vinlove-USA TODAY Sports

Rogers is a highly skilled lineman from Texas. He was injured for the majority of the 2013 and 2014 high school seasons and his ratings dropped for that reason, but if and when he recovers he has a chance to be a very good lineman for the Razorbacks.

Rogers had offers from Baylor, Texas, Oklahoma, and UCLA. He committed to Arkansas back in July of 2013 and completely shut down his recruitment after that. It seems like he's visited Arkansas approximately 100 times including nearly every home football game this year. Rogers is an early enrollee at Arkansas and is already on campus. Sam Pittman and Joel Thomas were his primary recruiters.

If Rogers recovers from his injury soon enough, he has a chance to come in and compete for playing time very soon. Arkansas is stacked at offensive lineman and Rogers is just another talented lineman at that position.
