Chad and I recorded this Wednesday evening just before the basketball game, so we don't have anything to say here about what happened against Akron. Which is probably for the best.
The first segment of the show is all about the Mississippi State game. We talk about Dak Prescott and the rest of the Bulldogs, and how they match up with the Razorbacks. What are the key things Arkansas has to do to slow them down? Can the Hogs get to Prescott as well as they got to Brandon Harris last week? With this game sandwiched between Alabama and the Egg Bowl, and with freezing temperatures expected, how strong with Mississippi State's motivation even be?
And after making some SEC picks for the weekend, we talk a little bit about Malik Monk's spurning of Arkansas for Kentucky. We also touched on some of it in the episode from earlier in the week, but now that it's over, we give our thoughts on why it's disappointing, what it means for Arkansas, and where the Hogs go from here.
As always, you can obviously listen to the show right here, or you can download the Razorback Sports Radio app from Vsporto on iTunes and Android to listen to Tusk Talk as well as a few other Razorback-themed podcasts. Also, you can now listen and download the show on iTunes as a standalone podcast. So you can subscribe just to it if you like, as well as rate the show and give feedback. Thanks to Fox Sports Arkansas for setting it up, and thank you for listening!
