Arkansas is currently a 17 point underdog in this one with an O/U of 48.
Bryant-Denny has not been friendly to our Razorbacks in recent history. 2013 : 52-0 ; 2011 : 38-14 ; 2009 35-7. So we’re due…? As we saw with Georgia last week "Real American Football" is not the style that this Bama team struggles with. While I do feel this Arkansas found some of 2014’s swagger in the last 2 games, I think we’ll need to catch Bama in a let-down situation to cover the number in their place this week.
69 degrees at kickoff and an a very low chance of rain TUSKaloosa on Saturday night.
So, Bert went digging around in his pockets last Saturday in Knoxville and in between pocket lint, a loose chicken wing bone and some spare change, he found a defense! Going up against weapons like Derrick Henry, Calvin Ridley and Kenyan Drake, they’re going to need it.
On the other side of the ball, a 4th consecutive 150 yard rushing game from Alex Collins would go a long way to keeping Arkansas in this game, and personally I’d love to see Hunter Henry and Jeremy Sprinkle find mid range holes in the Alabama Defense and have huge numbers over the top of a stacked box.
A bright spot for the Hogs this weekend, nobody claimed that Bama was "6 feet under" this week, so maybe Saban won’t be quite as fired up as he was last weekend in Athens.
