Sooie! Arguably the Razorbacks’ most wanted recruit of the year has committed to Arkansas.

K.J. Hill announced that he was committing to Bret Bielema Friday morning at the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame in North Little Rock. It's been known the Hog coaching staff has been pushing state pride really hard with Hill, so it's neat that he would choose the state's sports Hall of Fame to announce his commitment.

Hill is a consensus 4* WR from North Little Rock and is considered one of the top receivers in the nation. 247 Sports grades him at a 92 and the #1 player in the state of Arkansas. Just weeks ago, he named Arkansas, Alabama, Ohio State, Florida, and Notre Dame as his top 5 schools. He said he may still take official visits to all five of those schools.

This commitment moves Arkansas back into the top 25 in 247 sports recruiting rankings. This is Arkansas’ 12th commitment in the 2015 class and the 7th from Arkansas.

It should be noted that K.J. Hill and 4* Dumas TE Will Gragg have said they wanted to play together in college.

We’ll see if that pans out, but regardless, Bielema and his staff deserve a ton of credit for the work they've done on this year's in-state recruits. Many consider this to be one of the deeper in-state classes in recent memory and only one in-state offer has committed elsewhere so far.

No doubt a fantastic start to the weekend for Arkansas fans.
