Here's the list. Arkansas says there is one more non-conference game left to be scheduled. You'd have to think they'd want that game to be Friday November 14th when most of college basketball will be tipping off, but we'll see. (UPDATE: The UA press release indicates they are shooting for that opening weekend).
There are currently 30 games scheduled, so it will be 31 when the last game is finalized.
Initial thoughts: without doing too much research into the smaller non-conference opponents, the non-conference schedule seems pretty solid. Wisconsin-Milwaukee was in the NCAA Tournament and Iona was a Top 100 team and a 6-seed in the NIT.
Starting the SEC slate on the road at Georgia is probably not ideal. The Razorbacks opened the last couple years on the road at Texas A&M and were atrocious. Georgia should be one of the better teams in the league this year, so the Hogs hopefully have learned their lesson about starting slow in conference play.
If you're concerned about the SEC schedule dragging down Arkansas overall strength of schedule, Arkansas playing Georgia, Florida, and Kentucky on the road will provide opportunities for big victories. Both the Florida and Kentucky games are on CBS, so hopefully Arkansas will play as well as many are hoping they'll be able to.
Arkansas' home SEC schedule doesn't appear to be as tough as in years past with the conference headliners all on the road. The Razorbacks may be favored in all their home games this year. Missouri and Tennessee both lose most of their best players and didn't recruit the types of stars who should keep them at the top of the league without missing a beat.
Also, effect of the SEC Network: only one Wednesday night game. The Razorbacks will be playing on a lot more Tuesdays than they traditionally have. Further, only two Thursday games, and only one of the ensuing Saturdays is on the road, so that's good.
