This shouldn't really be a surprise. Arkansas is clearly the best realistic option for Shreveport. But remember, after the pool of six, Birmingham picks, and then Shreveport. Not that it's unlikely, but it would have to probably be prearranged with the league and with Arkansas - not that that's an unlikely scenario.
