After decomming from Ole Miss on the first of September, WR LaMichael Pettway has committed to the Razorbacks.
Pettway announced today that he was going to Arkansas over Ole Miss, Louisville and Arkansas State. He committed to Ole Miss in late May, but decided to open his recruitment back up shortly after K.J. Hill committed to Bret Bielema.
Pettway is a 3* recruit on every recruiting service except ESPN, they have him as a low 4*. 247Sports grades him at a 86 and the #9 player in the state of Arkansas.
This commitment gives Arkansas' class some extra points but they're still #18 in the nation. This is Arkansas' 17th commitment in the 2015 class and the 10th from Arkansas. If all the commitments hold and the Razorbacks keep all 10 in-state players they offered, that's a big accomplishment for Bret Bielema and Barry Lunney, the coach on staff in charge of in-state recruiting.
This is also the second player in Arkansas' class that was once committed to Ole Miss, along with running back Rawleigh Williams III.
