Arkansas Recruiting Update: Visitors for Alabama: Catfish Hole Magic Part II

The bigger the home games get, the bigger the recruiting weekends get in Fayetteville. This weekend is no different.

Beth Hall-USA TODAY Sports

Arkansas is scheduled to host several recruits from the 2015 and 2016 classes this weekend. Here's a rundown of who is expected to be in Fayetteville this weekend.

*Reminder, only official visitors get the full Catfish Hole treatment. Also, these lists are always very fluid and can change at any moment, but this is what is expected right now.

Official Visitors:

OL Patrick Allen- A 4* recruit out of Reisterstowon, Maryland. He has offers from many major programs, but he is currently committed to Georgia. Though, never count out Sam Pittman with talented offensive linemen. He will arrive on Saturday.

S Kahlil Haughton- There's not a area of need that Arkansas' has more than the back 7 on defense. A 4* safety would be a nice addition, but it seems that Oklahoma and hometown Baylor lead here. He will get in town Saturday.

G Jimmy Whitt- Mike Anderson isn't wasting an opportunity to show recruits what a game day is like in Fayetteville. The 4* guard committed to Arkansas about a month ago. His visit starts Friday.

Unofficial Visitors Already Committed:

QB Ty Storey

OL Zach Rogers

TE C.J. O'Grady

TE Will Gragg

WR Deon Stewart

DL Daytrieon Dean

2016 WR Jordan Jones

Uncommitted Unofficial Vsitors:

WR LaMichael Pettway - The 3* is down to Arkansas and Ole Miss. Arkansas seems like the leader, but Ole Miss made quite the statement last weekend.

DL Luc Bequette - Part of that long, long family line of Bequettes. Committed to Cal, and chances of getting an offer from Arkansas looks pretty slim. That isn't stopping him from making the trip up to see a big game though.

LB Parker Witt- Doesn't have any offers as of right now. Bielema might be looking for a preferred walk-on here.

S Dre Greenlaw- Mentioned a couple weeks ago when he visited for Northern Illinois that he would be the only other player from the state that could get an offer. Well, he got that offer on Thursday. You'd think he'd flip to the Hogs pretty easily, but he's been committed to Arkansas State for a while where his father is on the coaching staff, so we'll wait and see. Greenlaw has been in talks with other major programs as well but has not yet received another major offer. It's not certain he'll attend the game Saturday but it is a possibility.

2016 Visitors:

DE McTelvin Agim- The 4* from Hope looked Oklahoma bound at the beginning of his recruitment, but he picked to go to the Arkansas-Alabama game this weekend over the Texas-OU game. Seems like Arkansas has made up a lot of ground here.

S Manuel Bunch- He also made the trip for the Northern Illinois game.

WR Isaiah Graham- A talented 4* from Bastrop, Louisiana. He has an offer from Arkansas but they have a long way to go with this one. It is interesting that he's making the 6 hour drive up for an unofficial so early in his recruitment.

TE Dylan Soehner- From Prairie Grove, Arkansas, this is a kid whose recruitment is probably going to blow up. He has offers from Arkansas State, Illinois, and Louisiana Tech.

RB Damarea Crockett- A 3* from Little Rock Christian. He has an offer from Memphis, but is the 7th ranked player in the state for 2016.

CB Tyrone Mahone- From Bentonville, his recruiting is just starting. Though, he does have the build of a good CB at 6' and 171 lbs.

OL Willie Allen- Sam Pittman is able to pull 4* on the regular at Arkansas. This would be a big one if he can eventually get him. He's a top 50 player nationally.

QB Breylin Smith- Arkansas will likely only take one QB in the 2016 class. That could come down to him or Kasey Ford from Bentonville.

LB Deontre Hardwick - The 4* from Fort Smith is working on earning an offer.

There will be others who make the trip, and there will be some who cancel. But Arkansas would love nothing more than to put on a good show against Alabama. If they do there could be a commit or two come this weekend.
