Arkansas Razorbacks Internet Chatter: August 26, 2013

News, notes, and interesting stuff from around the internet.

Nelson Chenault-US PRESSWIRE

The University of Arkansas "Never Yield" campaign has a new spokesperson, and her name is LizHoney. Yep, she has done it again, making a new video called "Razorbacks Never Yield," and it is spectacular. After an offseason long hiatus from making these incredible videos, LizHoney came back strong with her first of the 2013 season. The video is nearing 2,000 hits since going on YouTube yesterday. Please, check it out.

All will see Bret Bielema's "real American football" for the first time this Saturday (!). So how will it look? Will it succeed? Can it succeed? Don't worry, the folks over at Red Cup Rebellion (Ole Miss) took a stab at answering those questions.

With our "real American football" style of play (which only real men play), the Hogs are relying a lot on an offensive line that has to succeed. Robbie Neiswanger of Arkansas News did a tremendous, in-depth breakdown of the offensive line. Our offensive linemen are doing more than grinding at practice. They're also busy putting rings on their honey's fingers, too.

Arkansas enters 2013 as a relatively young team, but don't let that fool you. There's some serious talent in those underclassmen. SDS made a list of "Super Sophomores," to watch for this season which included a pair of Hogs. And no, Jonathan Williams did not make the list.

After Arkansas released its week 1 depth chart, we found out that junior kicker Zach Hocker is going to be the number one guy in all three phases of the kicking game (kickoff, punt, field goals). I worry for his leg and it becoming tired quickly, but then I think of him flipping the field with a 60-yard punt and I'm suddenly on board. In a press conference last week, Bielema said Hocker will have all the kicking duties except for the "pooch punt."
