If you try to search what position Jeremy Sprinkle is, you will quickly discover he is the type of player that could play at a lot of different places on the football field on both sides of the ball.
He was recruited as a defensive lineman, on the depth chart as a tight end, and listed by university's athletic website by his most fitting title, athlete.
For the sake of this preview, we are assuming the position on the latest depth chart. His 6-foot-6, 215-pound body Sprinkle brings size to the line of scrimmage and a large target for whoever is throwing the football.
The redshirt freshman sat out 2012 and scored a touchdown in this year's spring game.
The White Hall native was ranked as one of the Top-15 tight ends in the country coming out of high school. He caught 45 passes for 841 yards and six touchdowns and made 92 tackles (including 14 sacks) during his senior season before eventually choosing the Razorbacks over offers from Louisville, Mississippi State, Kansas and Purdue.
Like I said, he hassome versatility up his sleeve.
One knock on Sprinkle comes by way of senior safety Jeremy Mitchell:
That boy @sprinkle_memane better work on his jumper! Lol
